Returns
At Thump Tactical, we stand behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same unused condition in which it was received.
- The item must not have been installed, modified, or used.
- The item must not be damaged due to customer handling or installation.
Products that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If Thump Tactical shipped the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.
Returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility, improper fit, or ordering the incorrect part unless the product description provided by Thump Tactical was materially inaccurate.

Surplus Products
Many of the products we sell are genuine surplus items.
Due to the nature of surplus products, minor cosmetic imperfections, finish wear, storage marks, or handling marks that do not affect function may be present and are not considered defects. These characteristics are normal for surplus items and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Any significant cosmetic or functional issues beyond normal surplus condition will be clearly disclosed in the product listing whenever applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.
