Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

USPS Ground Advantage (Estimated 3–5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (Estimated 1–3 business days)

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Thump Tactical ships only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

We do not currently ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
California
U.S. Territories
International destinations

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any products sold by Thump Tactical.

Thump Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion if we believe fulfillment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, or company policy.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thumptactical.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Claims involving carrier damage or loss may require additional documentation and are subject to the carrier's investigation process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an order is returned to Thump Tactical because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Order Refusal

Thump Tactical reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, shipping restrictions, or concerns regarding compliance with applicable laws or company policies.

If payment has already been received for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
